The Alberta Utilities Commission is proposing amendments to Rule 016: Review of Commission Decisions as part of its ongoing review of its case management procedures, and its objective of improving the transparency, clarity and simplicity of its rules.
This consultation is open for contributions.
The AUC has issued an announcement requesting stakeholder feedback on proposed changes to Rule 016. The deadline to upload your submissions is October 20, 2023.
Contributions to this consultation are closed for evaluation and review. The project team will report back on key outcomes. Please email any further comments on Rule 016 to Jaimie Graham at jaimie.graham@auc.ab.ca.
The final updated version of Rule 016 is issued. The blacklined version of the rule along with an associated bulletin will be posted to the AUC website.
